The short version
Jillybean helps you gather, organize, and share your medical information. You stay in control of your account and sharing choices. Use Jillybean honestly, protect your sign-in information, and do not use the service for emergencies.
Using Jillybean
You may use Jillybean to create a Medical Passport, connect supported record sources, upload or enter health information, and share selected information with people you choose. You are responsible for making sure the information in your account is accurate before relying on it or sharing it.
Not for emergencies or medical advice
Jillybean is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call emergency services. For medical decisions, talk with a qualified health care professional.
Connected data sources
When you connect Medicare, pharmacy, provider, or other supported sources, you give Jillybean permission to request records from those sources for your account. You can disconnect a source or delete your account where the app supports it. Some connected services may have their own terms and privacy rules.
Sharing
You control when a passport share is created. Anyone with access to an active share link or QR code may be able to view the shared information until that share expires or is revoked. Only share your passport with people you trust.
Account security
Keep your password and devices secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused or may put someone's information at risk.
Acceptable use
Do not use Jillybean to break the law, access someone else's information without permission, interfere with the service, test security without written approval, or upload malicious content.
Availability and changes
Jillybean is an early access service. Features may change, be unavailable, or work differently as we improve the product. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion.
