Delete your Jillybean account
You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion from this page if you no longer have access to the app.
Fastest option: delete in the app
- Sign in to Jillybean.
- Open your dashboard.
- Open Privacy controls.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm that you understand the deletion cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address on your Jillybean account. We may ask for extra information to verify that the account is yours.

What gets deleted
Account deletion removes your Jillybean account, medical passport records, document review queue, record sources, share links, and active sessions.
Minimal security audit logs may be retained to protect against misuse, fraud, legal, or regulatory risk. Audit logs do not store share tokens or the contents of your medical records.
How long it takes
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are reviewed as quickly as possible, and we aim to confirm completion within 48 hours after we verify the account owner.
